‘Traditional’ Italian artisan bread at home!

Ciabatta baker

A staple for all olive oil addicts, this rural-style Mediterranean bread is loved for its soft and chewy inside and a slightly crispy crust.

Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread made from a lean and very runny dough which gives it this unique moist texture, chewy inside and oneof-a-kind flavour.

Thanks to the 2 cavities of the Ciabatta Baker, the loaves (up to 250 g each) are well shaped, resulting in even slices, but also more adapted for sandwich making.

The domed lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a slightly crispy crust while keeping the inside moist and fluffy.

The deep grooves work for other softer dough, like the gluten-free ones. The openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate.

For the love of baking

Baking trayOur ceramic Baking Tray allows you to prepare, bake and serve a variety of sweet and savoury recipes.

Cookies, puff pastries, thin tarts, quesadillas, roasted vegetables… all can be baked without aluminium foil or parchment paper, directly on the tray. It’s the alternative to the metal oven tray.

Our innovative HR® ceramic diffuses the heat evenly over the surface for golden tart bases and pastries cooked to the centre.

A neutral, passive material, it does not alter the taste of the ingredients when heated. And because it resists to hot and cool temperatures and can be used to refrigerate a recipe on the tray before baking it.

The large handles provide a good, safe grip to remove it from the oven and to serve directly on the table.

Scratch resistant, you may cut directly on the Baking Tray without damaging it. And the smooth, glazed surface doesn’t stick when lightly greased. So it is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Both practical and attractive, our Baking Tray is perfect to serve hot recipes directly on the table!

Cheese Glorious Cheese

Cheese bakerThe Emile Henry Cheese Baker is ideal for preparing cheese to be served hot: melted brie-based appetisers, mini-fondue or a French ‘raclette’ style dinner.

Whether it is brie, mozzarella or goat’s cheese; simply place the cheese in the baker, add sweet or savoury garnish, close the lid and put in the oven. Once baked, serve directly in the baker.

A guaranteed ’Wow’ effect: the cheese — warm throughout and decadently creamy — is ready to spread on toasts or crackers, or pour over steamed veggies and cured meat. Or simply serve as a dip with chunks of bread, pita chips...

The practical lid helps keep the cheese moist and infuses the flavours. It also helps retain smells and keeps the cheese hot until served. And thanks to the Emile Henry Hight Resistance© ceramic, it will also maintain the recipe at a hot temperature for a long time. The bright glaze is resistant, non-porous, durable and easy to clean.
