VENTILATION SYSTEMSWhen Malta applied to join the European Union way back in 1992 we knew then that there will be changes in the public health sector especially on food hygiene. We decided to invest in air management systems as at the time most of the catering outlets had very basic equipment that would not pass the test in the future. Our decision then has paid off and today The Catering Centre is one of the leading suppliers of ventilation systems. We have a department that is solely focussed on measuring, ordering and assembling any size of ventilation system no matter how complicated the requirements are. We have installed hundreds of extraction hoods and fresh air intakes and all our products are to the latest European standards.
